Request Data Deletion
If you want to delete specific data without deleting your entire account, or if you need assistance with data removal, you can contact us directly. We will process all requests within 30 days.
How to Request Deletion of Specific Data
Send an email to vwilliamsj22@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address associated with your Dinder account
- Which data you would like deleted — for example: swipe history, crowdsourcing submissions, preference vectors, or group data
We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you by email when the deletion is complete. All requests are processed within 30 days.
What Data Can Be Deleted
- Swipe history and preference vectors
- Crowdsourcing submissions (menu photos and survey responses)
- Group memberships and match history
- Friendship connections
- Location preferences and cached data
Want to delete your entire account and all associated data? You can do this instantly from inside the app under Settings → Account → Delete Account — no email required.
